Emerging Markets
By concentrating on emerging real estate markets, with real growth potential, Simone Alexander provides a road map to successful real estate investments. While some experts on the subject of real estate recommend staying close to home, due to familiarity with the local conditions, Simone Alexander aims to purchase bargain properties in areas that are poised for growth...no matter the location. We don’t attempt to forecast the bottom of the current real estate cycle, instead we go directly to those areas that are at the bottom of the real estate cycle and may have been at that level for years.
Simone Alexander understands that most investors make the same mistakes in purchasing real estate. They pay too much money for a property, right at the very top of the market. At that peak, there is little to no room for property values to rise. Instead, the market is turning downward and losses are inevitable for bubble purchasers. Some investors purchase only when others are buying in a “herding” fashion. However, when everyone believes real property is the worst possible investment ever (again, in a “herding” fashion), that is the time to take advantage of the market cycle.

Our Community Development initiatives take place within communities of interest and is a collective process that enhances the integrity, skills, knowledge and experience, as well as equality of power, for all stakeholders involved. Simone Alexander seeks to enable individuals and communities to grow and change according to their own needs and priorities, and at their own pace, provided this does not oppress other groups and communities, or damage the environment.
